We are excited to share that 100% of this year’s Christmas Eve offering will go toward building a new wound clinic in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe—an incredible ministry led by our missions partners, Lance and Elizabeth Edwards. Their clinic has long been a place where people receive not only essential physical healing, but also emotional and spiritual hope. As their previous building was sold and patient needs continue to grow—more than 40 local doctors refer to their clinic—the time has come for a new home.

Lance and his crew of ten deaf craftsmen have already begun renovating a building that will become the new clinic. They’ve removed cupboards, a fireplace, and termite-damaged floors; treated and refilled the space; poured new concrete; and even completed the trenches for the foundation of a new addition. Hope is literally being built from the ground up.

The total project goal is $120,000, and a generous partner has offered to match up to $60,000 in gifts toward the clinic. So far, $17,000 has already been given toward that match.
