2024 Student benefit auction | march 23
Our annual student benefit auction will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 9AM. Come and bid generously to support our students who will be serving others and making an impact. This summer, students will be serving in Harlingen, Texas with Adventuring in missions.
DONATE
We are looking for a variety of items like gift certificates, baked goods, home decor, and more! If you are an individual or organization who would like to make a donation, please reach out to our Youth Ministry Director, Beau Walmer.
Donations can be dropped off at the church on 3/3, 3/10, and 3/17. Alternate times for donation drop off can be arranged if necessary. If you have any questions about the pieces you're committing to donate, please reach out. We can only take a very limited amount of furniture donations, so if you are planning to donate furniture, please reach out to us in advance!
COME + BID!
The auction will kick off at 9AM in the gym! There will be plenty of seating available. When you get hungry, you can choose from a variety of food items for purchase. Our students and volunteers will be serving in various ways throughout the auction. We hope you will come and bid generously in order to support our students!
All auction proceeds will be used to give local students (high school and middle school) the opportunity to serve and make an impact in Harlingen, Texas on their mission trip this summer!
South texas
Harlingen is a city in Cameron County, in the central region of the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. It is located about 30 miles from the coast of the Gulf of Mexico along the border between the United States and Mexico. The city covers more than 40 square miles and is the second-largest city in Cameron County. It is home to more than 70,000 people, 82% of which are Hispanic.
Service opportunities for our students may include:

- Work projects
- Community outreach
- Sports ministry
