2026 auction | march 14
Our annual student benefit auction will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2025 at 9AM. Come and bid generously to support our students who will be serving others and making an impact. This summer, students will be serving in ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA WITH MISSION DISCOVERY!
DONATE
We are looking for a variety of items like gift certificates, baked goods, home decor, and more! If you are an individual or organization who would like to make a donation, please reach out to our Youth Ministry Director, Beau Walmer.
Donations can be dropped off at the church on 2/22, 3/1, and 3/8. Alternate times for donation drop off can be arranged if necessary. If you have any questions about the pieces you're committing to donate, please reach out. We can only take a very limited amount of furniture donations, so if you are planning to donate furniture, please reach out to us in advance!

COME + BID!
The auction will kick off at 9AM in the gym! There will be plenty of seating available. When you get hungry, you can choose from a variety of food items for purchase. Our students and volunteers will be serving in various ways throughout the auction. We hope you will come and bid generously in order to support our students!
All auction proceeds will be used to give local students (high school and middle school) the opportunity to serve and make an impact in North Carolina on their mission trip this summer!

ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA
In 2024, Hurricane Helene devastated Asheville and surrounding communities, leaving families without homes, stability, and in many cases, hope. Mission Discovery first arrived in response to this crisis, helping with disaster relief and the urgent needs that followed. Whether you’re repairing homes, working in the garden, or serving alongside local ministries, you’ll be sharing the love of Christ in practical, powerful ways. Together, we’ll continue the work of restoration—not just of buildings, but of hearts and communities.
Some of the ministry activities the team may have the opportunity to participate in are:
- Repairing and restoring homes
- Supporting ongoing disaster recovery needs
- Serving alongside local churches and ministries
- Helping grow and tend the community garden
- Praying for families and sharing with them the story of Jesus
