The online directory is linked to Manor’s database of attenders, so when you register in the directory, your family members will automatically be added to your household (the list that appears to the right of your profile) within a day or two.
Why doesn't every member of my household have a profile?
Only those who register with a unique email address and password are given profiles. If your spouse or child would like to add their own contact information - cell phone number, email address, or facebook link for example - they would need to create their own username. They will still be linked to your household, although it may take a day or two for that to register in the directory. If you would like to submit a picture for a family member, email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I registered, but the picture I had taken at church isn't appearing.
It takes a little while for the pictures to connect with your account. Give it a day or two and if you still don’t see your picture in the directory, feel free to call the church office.
I don't have internet access and would like a printed version.
That is no problem. The printed versions of the directory will not have pictures, but we do ask that you still have your picture taken for the benefit of the rest of the church. Call the church office and we’ll have a directory printed for you if you would like.
How safe is my information?
The directory is only accessible by username and password, and the only people who will have access to your contact information are those who have also opted-in to share theirs. You also will be able to adjust your privacy settings to choose who can see what information.
